“I was recently in need of a CT scan, and after a terrible experience with a hospital, my doctor’s office rescheduled the test at RAH. Let me tell you what a wonderful experience it was. My radiology Tech Diane was so professional and pleasant she made me comfortable and relaxed, the drive to your office was beautiful and it was so nice not having to be in a hospital setting for this test!
While chatting with Diane about my experience just days before and comparing them to how wonderful today’s visit was, she mentioned that she had told my appointment scheduler that they should utilize RAH offices for their patients more often for a few reasons, not only do their office’s have more locations and availability for scheduling the testing but it even costs less for the insurance companies/patients that are having the tests done because it is outside of the hospital setting. Win! Win!”
