Radiology Associates of Hartford (RAH) P.C., a community-based provider of diagnostic imaging services, recently appointed Robert Perez, M.D., as the new outpatient director for the practice. Dr. Perez takes over the role formerly held by Anthony F. Posteraro, III, M.D.
Dr. Perez joined RAH in 2010, bringing his radiology expertise from Radiology Regional Center in Ft. Myers, Fla. He received his medical degree from the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Piscataway. He also holds a master’s degree from Hahnemann University. He completed his internship at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia and his residency and fellowship training in musculoskeletal radiology at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York.
As outpatient director, Dr. Perez will collaborate with the management team to ensure RAH continues to provide the best patient care. He will also work to help the practice meet all new state and federal health care reforms over the next few years.
