Schedule your Appointment

There are two ways for you to schedule:

1) Self-scheduling:
After your provider faxes your order to our office, we will reach out to you via text, email, and phone call using the contact information in your patient file. You can schedule your exam using your mobile device, tablet, or computer. You do not need a username or password to self-schedule your appointment.

Once you have scheduled your appointment, you will receive a confirmation text with arrival and pre-appointment instructions. You may also receive additional text reminders leading up to your appointment.

2) Call our office:
If you prefer to schedule with a member of our team, please call 860-969-6400.
A small number of exams, including biopsies, must be scheduled with a member of our team.
